ROY INTERNATIONAL JUNO PTE. LTD. (UEN 202427469G), trading as J. Seoul, respects your privacy. This notice explains what personal data we collect through this website and how we use it, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What we collect

  • Website usage. When you visit, we use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, buttons clicked, how far you scroll, time on each section, your device and browser, and your approximate location (city level). Clarity may record anonymous replays of how pages are used. These tools use cookies and similar technologies.
  • Details you send us. If you message us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive your name, number or email address and what you tell us.
  • Bookings. Appointments are made on Fresha, which collects your booking details under its own privacy policy and shares them with us so we can serve you.

This website has no forms and does not ask for payment details.

How we use it

  • To improve the website and understand which services interest visitors.
  • To reply to your messages and manage your appointments.

We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

Google and Microsoft process website usage data for us as service providers, and may store it outside Singapore. We rely on them to protect it to a standard comparable to the PDPA.

How long we keep it

Website usage data is kept for up to 14 months. Message and booking records are kept only as long as needed to serve you and meet legal requirements.

Your choices

  • You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
  • You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
  • You can ask to see or correct the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by contacting us below.
